News dated March 20, 1998 - Convention Schedule

Dear friends and Contortion fans,

We know, you have been waiting for a more detailed schedule for the ICC long enough: Here it is. Please be aware though, that this schedule is not 100% final and might be subject to changes if required.

Most of the activities will take place in the so called Kulturverein Sörnewitz (Handwerkerhof), Dresdner Str. 313, 01640 Coswig. One or two workshops will be taking place at the studio of the ArtistenCentrum Seliger, Johannestr. 30, Coswig (Map attached). Transportation from place to place will be arranged for those amongst you who do not have their car with them.

In the interest of all artists appearing in our Gala Show on May 2, 1998 we will invite press and artist agencies, in order to give them the possiblity to promote themselves and their act .

As we told you, we already have numerous registrations for the ICC on hand. Unfortunately we are experiencing a very slow incoming of the registration fee for this event. Please consider that we are having a lot of expenses in the process of organizing the ICC for you, which momentarily puts us into the situation whereby we are more or less prefinancing everything. Therefore we would appreciate if you let us have your registration fee by transfer to the account as per our ICC registration form or cheque (Dollar or Deutschmarks) to the address of SHOWBIZ ICC, Germany.
