Terms and fees for the International Contortion Convention 2003

ICC2003 attendants fee: EUR 330,00 or the equivalent in US$

(payment has to be made in advance by cheque or money transfer - no credit card - for German attendants plus 16% USt / VAT). In order to 100% guarantee the booking, payment has to be effective by September 15, 2003

This fee includes 3 days of conference and convention with all activities including both shows and two full buffets - except workshops. This fee also includes videotaping and photographing of both shows. (does not include hotel)

"Show only package": EUR 125,00 or the equivalent in US$

This fee includes both show events and buffets before each of the shows. Videotaping or photographing is NOT permitted during the shows ! This special package can also only be booked in advance. We have limited seats for that - registrations will be handled strictly by order of registrations INCLUDING payment !. Please be aware that we will not provide or book accomodation for people having a "show only package".

Special room rates - only for convention participants :

Single room EUR 70,- (including full breakfast buffet - limited availability - rate only valid thru ICC / Ska von Schöning)
Double room EUR 88,- (including full breakfast buffet - limited availability - rate only valid thru ICC / Ska von Schöning)

The hotel is the RAMADA TREFF HOTEL in Hürth / Köln - an international business hotel

Ska von Schöning will handle all hotel bookings for these rooms personally. Each attendee has to pay the room directly to the hotel when checking out.
