Today more on fees - and hotel information :

There is a general attendance fee for active participants (under 18) incl. one accompying person age 18 or older - which includes show tickets for both. Each additional person in a participants´ group is paying extra - incl. show ticket.

For the photo sessions with professional artists we will charge separately. Some of the professional contortionists will already be with us from the beginning of the convention. This way we will be able to meet the high demand in personal photo-sessions and workshops they can be booked for.

Gala show only

There are "Show only" tickets available - but they are only valid for the show (no rehearsals or staging or pre-show activities)

Special deals for hotel rooms at the Sunset Station

We have blocked rooms for room rates of 50 US$ per night (Sun-Thu) - based on double occupancy. A third person will be charged 15 US$ and with a fourth person 30 US$ per night.

A $10.99 hotel service fee per night will be applied to each guest room, which includes local daily newspaper, high speed internet in guest room, unlimited local calls, unlimited domestic long distance calls, unlimited access to the fitness and pool facilities and gift shop discounts, hereinafter referred to as the Hotel Service Fee. Group rates will be subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13% and subject to change.

It is agreed that individual reservations will be phoned directly into the Hotel’s reservation’s department at 1-888-786-7389 and identify themselves as attendees of the Showbiz group. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made. Each individual is required to provide a credit card and one night’s room and tax deposit. If the room guarantee of one night’s room and tax deposit is not received within the 14 days from the date the room reservation was made, the reservation will be cancelled.
