We have now finished the preliminary schedules for our workshops
which we put together after collecting all information we received so far
from our students, parents and coaches.
As we assume that most of you will already be in Vegas
on August 31 at our meeting at the Sunset Station Hotel and Casino
COFFEE SHOP starting at 7 pm - we will then already present our
schedules including the names of the students and times. If possible we
can still take minor changes from you in regards to the timing and the
workshops you chose to do. Please be aware that it is very difficult to
consider all personal requests and that we depend on fixing schedules and
timings in order to make sure that things run smoothly during the event.
Here is now the schedule for our workshops ( subject
to changes). There will be approximately 6 to max 8 students per class. This
will give our student the opportunity to get a more personal and more
focussed attention. If any of you are considering 1 to 1 classes with any of
our coaches during the ICC, please book them only through us.

We urge our parents and coaches again to
consult our expert Karen Rudiger during the convention for
any questions you might have in regards to physical aspects and possible
methods, exercises and therapies in question. Karen will be available
throughout the convention and will be available for practical advise
etc. in our SAN Anton Room as per our schedule.
We would also like to draw your attention again to our
artist and photographer VJ Pablo. Is anyone interested in a personal
photo shooting with VJ?
We are attaching a floor plan showing the location
of our conference and show room at your convenience (
link to Sunset Station floorplan )
Now we are coming to -what we consider- our most
exciting day of the convention.
This will be our schedule : We will start our day at
10 am in the MADRID SHOWROOM with general rehearsals.
THIS IS NOW VERY IMPORTANT
FOR ALL OUR STUDENTS :
We have decided to have two separate shows on
this date.
The
First show
will be the show where all students who feel comfortable enough
to show their routine to our audience can participate. We encourage our
young students -even if not so experienced - to try and put a little routine
together and to present it. They can be certain that it will be highly
appreciated by all of us.
Please reconsider this again and let us know, who
wants to participate in this show. It is vital for us to receive this
information as soon as possible. Coaches: Please encourage your students to
participate!
This show will start at 3 pm (subject to a
smaller change)
Please bring your music
with you so we can pass it on to our light and sound technician latest on
September 3 at 11 am.
The light and sound rehearsals will start at 2 pm.
By then all artists should have had the opportunity to be on stage and have
a general rehearsal before the show.
Our
Second show, which will be entered by
all artists and students who want to participate in our competition
will start around 6 pm.
Afterwards the Jury will withdraw for a short while to
count the votes. Around 8 pm the winners of our ICC 2009 Award will be
announced.
Warmest regards from your ICC team
Ska and Klaus
